My only issue here is the face mold is still Barbie, so instead of feeling like a "Debbie" doll, this just feels like a Barbie with Debbie's hair and dress. Couldn't Mattel have designed a facemold specifically for an entertainer whose appeal lies so much in her incredible face & bone structure? Should have been a no-brainer.
Still, kudos to Mattel for immortalizing in vinyl this performer who, in her heyday, was more than once referred to by journalists as a "pure punk Barbie doll." Now she really is one!Get more detail about Barbie Debbie Harry Ladies of The 80S Doll.
