When I saw the other reviews, I was really disappointed. Then the doll arrived and it's not that bad. It definitely doesn't look as good as the original photo (probably that has been styled, professionally photographed and photoshopped), but it looks more like Joan than the Debbie and Cyndi dolls look like them. The dolls may vary slightly as well. I've seen some pix that look pretty bad. The hair and pose vary a little, but the packaging is the same. (Look on ebay to see more pix.)
